Selected samples for Première Vision Paris
After the Paris sourcing window, physical colour cards and knitted swatches went out to design teams — because a screen is not a yarn.
Following the Première Vision Paris sourcing window, design teams asked for physical colour cards and knitted swatches rather than on-screen references. In mid-September we couriered five selected samples — including both Mythos swatches, a pattern and a jersey — together with the colour cards for Dragon, Mythos, Cloudy and Blossom.
Physical cards matter for two reasons: designers match shades against Pantone references far more accurately on paper, and a DTM sample can show how a yarn behaves after knitting, not just how it looks on the cone. Colour development on these qualities typically takes around 7–12 days once the reference is agreed.
If your team is working on a colour story for the season, we can send a card pack and hanks tailored to the qualities you are considering.
