Fancy yarn manufacturer · Xucun, Haining, China
Fancy yarns,
made to be felt.
Air-textured and fancy yarns for knitwear — developed in our own sampling room, spun on our own line, and colour-matched to the season ahead.
01 — The mill
A textile mill since 2000, JYH spins air-textured and fancy yarns in Xucun — the heart of China’s decorative-fabric industry. We start with the hand-feel, then engineer the yarn that delivers it.

Three families,
one hand-feel language.
Every yarn we sell belongs to a family developed around a single touch — airy and fluffy, suede-soft, or marled like stone-washed wool.
03 — Selected yarns
The yarns in
our colour books.
Each yarn is documented with a full shade card, a production-ready blend, and an anti-pilling result where tested.
04 — Capabilities
From fibre to finished cone,
in one house.
Colour development
In-house colour cards for nine yarns, from a 40-shade shared palette to 231 shades for Blossom. Shades are matched against Pantone references or your own standard, with DTM sampling for bulk colour approval.
Yarn development
A sampling room works on blend, twist and brushing until the hand-feel matches the brief — brushed fluffy yarns, sueded ATY or heathered mélange. Standard shade samples usually take 7–12 days.
In-house spinning
Air-textured and fancy yarns are spun on JYH's own line, commissioned in 2023. The yarn feeds our own fabric development and is sold to knitters and brands; 300+ yarn styles are shown at a single trade fair.
Testing and traceability
Anti-pilling is tested to 7,200 or 10,800 cycles depending on the quality, with grades from 3 to 3.5. Every lot carries an ERP batch record, and finished curtains run at a defect rate of 0.05%.
Xucun · Haining · China05 — Since 2000
From Xucun
to the world.
JYH began in Xucun with finished curtains and upholstery, exported to Japan, Russia, Korea and the Middle East — around 80% of output leaves China. In 2023 we invested in our own yarn line, extending what we know about fabric hand-feel back to the fibre itself.
Today yarn, fabric and finished product are developed under one roof — which is why we can be accountable for the feel, not just the spec.
06 — Responsibility
More responsible fibre choices,
made practical.
Recycled-polyester options sit alongside virgin blends, with batch-level records for each order.
ERP-tracked batches and shade records follow every order, from fibre to finished cone.
We take part in environmental pre-assessments for international fashion retail supply chains.
